With 26 years of experience in special education and transition services, Leah Wood is a catalyst for transformative learning and disability inclusion. Her work spans classroom innovation, district-wide leadership, and large-scale grant management, all focused on empowering students and adults to reach their fullest potential. As an Adjunct Professor at UTEP, Leah teaches future educators the importance of high expectations, meaningful transition planning, and inclusive pathways to independence.

Sheryl Wilcox brings 16 years of expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist, specializing in inclusive learning environments, brain-based strategies, and adult professional growth.
